The Bingen Municipal Code outlines ways in which property owners can make adjustments to their lots.
Boundary Line Adjustment Application
- Fee: $350
- Used to modify the shape of a property
- Public hearing before City Council required
Conditional Use Permit Application
- Fee: $500
- Used to request non-conforming uses (ie. business in a residential area, residence in a commercial area)
- Public hearing before City Council required
- Fee: $1,550
- Used to separate on parcel of land into two or more parcels
- Public hearing before City Council required
- Fee: $1,800
- Used for planned developments to turn one large parcel of land into many smaller parcels
- Public hearing before City Council required
- Fee: $425
- Used to request exemption from Bingen Municipal Code (ie. you want to enclose your carport but the carport was built within the required setback)
