Water/Sewer Bill
Payments are accepted in the following ways:
- Online Bill Pay using a Debit or Credit Card or Checking account
- Mailed to the City of Bingen, P.O. Box 607 Bingen, WA 98605
- Deposited into the secure drop box at City Hall, 112 N. Ash Street
- Paid in person during business hours at City Hall, 112 N. Ash Street
- Automatically withdrawn (ACH) from a checking account**

Utility Bill Discount
The City of Bingen offers a 20% discount on base water and sewer fees to qualifying low-income seniors or low-income disabled persons. Please contact Washington Gorge Action Programs at 509-493-2662.
