Daubenspeck Park
Facilities and Usage
Park Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The City of Bingen is proud of its Daubenspeck Park located within the 400 block of West Humboldt (just off of Highway 14). The park has the following facilities available:

Skatepark (Phase 1 is now open with Phase 2 to be constructed in
2012)

Court (lighted)
§ Playground
(separate facilities for 3-5 year olds and 5-12 year olds)
§ Picnic

§ Public

§ Gazebo
The City welcomes all visitors to the park. We ask that you keep your dogs on a leash and clean up after them. In addition, we ask that all litter/garbage be placed in garbage cans that are located throughout the park. All park facilities are to be used at your own risk.
Meeting Room
A
small meeting room is available on a reservation basis for $25.00 per
day/meeting. A $100 deposit is also required that is returned at after
satisfactory inspection of the facility. An application form for the meeting
room is available. The application and fee must be submitted to City Hall at 112
N. Ash.
Special Events
The park may be “reserved” for special events (i.e. the gazebo area, etc.).
Even though you may reserve the park for special events, the park remains open
to the public. Examples of special events, are Huckleberry Festival, reunions,
weddings, corporate parties/picnics, birthday parties, etc.
The city has adopted a park usage policy for special events. Reserving the park for a special event requires the completion of an application and a $100 deposit that is returned at the end of the event upon satisfactory inspection of the park.
