 Special Meeting and Public Hearing
The Bingen City Council will hold a Special City Council meeting on Thursday, June 26 at 6:00 p.m. at Bingen City Hall, 112 N. Ash. The purpose of the special meeting is to review and adopt a draft water system plan. The public is invited to attend and comment on the proposed plan which will be presented at the special council meeting.

 

Public Hearing - Ordinance Repealing BMC 10.10 Vehicle Equipment Requirements (Use of Compression Brakes)

The City of Bingen will hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance repealing Bingen Municipal Code 10.10 Vehicle Equipment Requirements (Use of Compression Brakes). Public Hearing - Ordinance Adopting Penalties for Parking Violations

The City of Bingen will hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance adopting penalties for parking violations. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on July 1, 2008. Copies of the ordinance are available from City Hall at 112 N. Ash or by calling 509-493-2122. Public comment is invited.

 

Conditional Use Permit - Public Hearing
 The City of Bingen will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 112 N. Ash, Bingen, Washington for a conditional use application submitted by LP Composites, Inc.. The proposed conditional use is to establish a light industrial business providing manufacturing composites using a closed molding style – resin transfer molding, offices, showroom and research and development facility at 314 W. Depot Street. The facility also faces West Steuben Street. The zoning of the subject property is Commercial. A copy of the complete application is available for perusal at the Bingen City Hall.
